TJ rode motocross growing up and was injured, which led to a prescription pill addiction. It progressed to heroin and he lost control. His family wanted nothing to do with him. He ended up in jail for robbing homes to support his daily addiction. In August of ’16, TJ overdosed and landed in treatment. Treatment gave him a platform to build a life with countless friends in sobriety and he can honestly say that today he is an amazing brother, son, and uncle. He is currently working two jobs. He actually works at the rehab that he went through that started his journey in recovery. Today, TJ shows up for people that are struggling with addiction.
